This tour will take you through a true Icelandic winter fairytale! We will travel in our Super Jeep at a leisurely pace as we head to the Lake Myvatn area.

Upon arrival, we enjoy a local traditional three course dinner before relaxing at the enchanted Nature Baths.

We cross our fingers and if we are lucky the Northern Lights will appear to dance before us while we bathe in the blue water of the lagoon.

​

We then go searching further for the northern lights, and make it our mission to spot them at some point in our voyage. We will also stop by the majestic waterfall Godafoss on our way back to Akureyri

Astronomers are predicting the 2012/13 Northern Lights viewing season to be the most active in 50 years and there are few better places to see them than on the Northern Latitudes of North Iceland.

Please note: This tour is dependent on the weather and sky conditions and we reserve the right to cancel at any time. If the evening tour goes ahead and the northern lights are not seen, we will offer you to go for free on the Northern Lights Akureyri evening tour the following evening.
